About Department

The Department of History was established in the year 2017. The aim of the department is to explore the skills of the students in various academic programmes like seminar, exhibitions, workshops and guest speakers. The department registered good academic records both in university examination and in placement.

Eligibility

A candidate who has passed higher secondary examination under higher secondary board of Examination, Tamil Nadu or as per norms set by the Government of Tamil Nadu or an examination accepted as Equivalent thereto by the syndicate subject to such conditions as may be prescribed thereto are permitted to appear and qualify for the B.A. Degree Examination of this university after a course of study of three academic years consist of six semesters..

Department of Biotechnology was established in the year 2005.
