ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Framing of academic calendar.
• To guide and finalize the Work Load, Time-Table, Subject allocation for theory and practical classes.
• To ensure the ratio of mentor – mentee for effective student guidance.
• Monitoring the teaching and learning process and usage of ICT tools.
• Checking Question paper and Answer Key as per the Syllabus.
• Collecting Internal examination grievances from HoD and monitoring the action taken.
• Forwarding the internal examination grievances to principal if not solved by the HoD.
• Finalizing the date for model and coaching schedule, there by verifying the timetable.
• To monitor the CO, PO attainment level finalized by the principal and Head of the Department.
• To analyze the University results of External Examination.
