The training and placement cell place a vital role in the building the gap between the campus and corporate. Employability skills are indispensable in the current era of technological disruption and globalization. It is a transferable skill needed by an individual to develop knowledge, skills and attitudes for career growth. To be successful in the field of emerging technologies, the students need Communication training, Aptitude training, Softskill and Technical training skills. It equips them to perform their role be stand to gain a competitive edge in job market. Shri Sakthikailassh Women's college as collaborated with TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES and every year the corporate is visiting our campus for job recruitment. We signed up MoU with GTT Foundation on January 30, 2025 to set up a career development centre for women community to skill and employ them.

The placement training department encompasses the activities and programmes to improve student's employability to bridge the knowledge gap that exists between academic discipline sand the demands of the workplace.
