ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To follow a high sense of dedication and responsibility towards the duties and takes care of the function and operation of academic and administrative aspects of the college.
• To recruit staff as per requirement of the department and college.
• To short list the application according to each domain and post of vacancy.
• To prepare an interview schedule to the short listed applicants.
• To prepare an evaluation sheet to be filled by the interview panel members at the time of the interview.
• To collect the evaluation sheet of the panel members filled in at the time of the interview.
•  To arrange for the meeting of panel members to discuss the interview evaluation scores of each applicant.
• The committee proceeds for appointment of staff based on the recommendation and scores obtained by the applicant.
• The  appointment list is finalized and approved by the Correspondent.
